Shipping policy

Shipping Methods:

  • We primarily utilize USPS Ground Advantage service for shipping orders within the United States. This service is provided to our customers at no additional charge.
  • Customers have the option to upgrade their shipping method to USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express for an additional postage rate. These options provide faster delivery times compared to standard ground shipping.

Handling Time:

  • Please note that we have a handling time of 3-6 days for order assembly, depending on the product you purchase. This handling time is necessary as our products are made to order with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Once your order is assembled and ready for shipment, you will receive a notification with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order.
  • Orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage service typically arrive within 5-7 days after the handling time.
  • Customers who choose to upgrade their shipping method to USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express can expect expedited delivery in 3 days or 2 days (respectively).

International Shipping:

  • Additional postage fees apply for international orders (shipping address outside the USA). Buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, and other associated fees. Shipping times will vary depending on country of residence.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the USPS website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by USPS. We comply with all shipping guidelines and regulations to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

No Returns/Exchanges Policy:

  • All orders are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • For cancellations, please contact us ASAP and we can cancel & refund any orders that have not yet been assembled or shipped. If your items have already been assembled and/or shipped then we are unable to cancel your order.
  • For defective or incorrect orders, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will send replacement items.
  • We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by the postal service during transit. Once your order is shipped, it is considered the responsibility of the postal service.
